A research pack is a one-off purchase tied to a single address. You get structured local context and reporting so you can underwrite a deal with the same rigour you would expect from a proper desktop review, without commissioning a full broker pack every time.

What you use it for
You are on a viewing or in diligence and want evidence behind the postcode, not just a spreadsheet row. The pack is scoped to your unit so you can sanity check rents, comparables, and neighbourhood signals before you commit time and fees.
How it fits your subscription
Heavy includes a research pack allowance each billing period on top of portfolio tools. Lite and Experienced can buy packs as add-ons when a deal deserves the extra depth.
After you pay
Checkout creates an order in your account. You link the pack to a saved opportunity or walk through the qualification steps we need to produce the report. When it is ready, we notify you and you can download the deliverables from the dashboard.
