1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Deedty AI property management website and application at https://deedty.com. The contract is with SORDILLO LTD trading as Deedty (company number 16154573). Registered office: 7 Epsom Grove, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, England, MK3 5NR. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Deedty AI property management provides a UK rental property investment calculator, portfolio management tools, and deal appraisal features. The calculator is available without an account. Saving appraisals, portfolio tracking, and related features require a signed-in account.
3. Not financial, tax, or legal advice
Deedty AI property management is a calculation and record-keeping tool. It does not provide financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Outputs are estimates based on the data you provide and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision. Always consult a qualified adviser or HMRC for tax matters.
4. HMRC and tax filing
Deedty AI property management does not currently provide in-product tax filing or electronic submission of returns to HMRC. You are solely responsible for your own tax obligations. We may introduce tax-filing-related features in the future subject to HMRC recognition, but we do not guarantee any particular feature, outcome, or timeline.
5. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our privacy policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and code that make up Deedty AI property management are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without prior written consent.
