How to audit a Rightmove listing before you offer

A listing is a sales pitch. Asking price and asking rent are starting claims, not achieved figures.

Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, and many agent sites can be pasted into Property Audit to pull the address and asking terms.

For a buy-to-let, check whether the rent supports the price under the same assumptions you would use on the next listing.
